3-Course Lunch, Gothic & Boat Tour

Our tour begins in the medieval city, at a small plaza in front of a church constructed in 1326. Next, we’ll head to a local restaurant, in business for nearly a century, where we’ll enjoy vermouth and learn about its significance in Catalunya, along with the origins of tapas in Spain. Continuing on, we’ll explore the renowned Rambla, and our first stop will be the oldest continuously used Market in Barcelona, dating back to 1217. Then, we’ll visit one of Barcelona’s famous pastry shops, followed by a visit to the Opera House. Prior to lunch, we’ll make a stop at the beautiful Placa Reial, where you’ll indulge in a fabulous three-course meal at Barcelona’s oldest restaurant. After lunch, we’ll stroll through the narrow alleyways of the Gothic Quarter, delving into Barcelona’s captivating history before our boat tour. Before embarking on the (40-60 minutes) boat cruise around the Roman-era Old Port, we’ll visit the medieval Shipyard from the 1200s and the site where Columbus landed and the Romans established. On the boat, you’ll experience the city from a different perspective, enjoying the Mediterranean air. Upon our return, we’ll conclude the tour. Your guide will gladly provide recommendations for dining and attractions, sharing our comprehensive list to enhance your Barcelona experience. The memories created during your visit will be cherished for a lifetime.
